Sports Therapy and Massage:
If you are suffering with aches and pains, injuries, post-op recovery, MS and neurological disorders, joint pain, among other ailments, then it is definitely worthwhile to try sports massage and therapy which can help ease pain in your body, and speed up your recovery.
Sports therapy can use many different massage techniques to work with your body in the most efficient way for you.
As a sports therapist, my priority is the health of your muscles and joints and the elimination of pain in your body. It might take a few sessions to get to the bottom of what is causing you pain, or you might feel relief after the very first session, as a lot of my clients and previous case studies have.
You do not have to be an athlete to reap the benefits of a sports massage: I see clients young and old, physically fit, or physically immobile in different areas of their body, suffering with injury, or neurological issues, or just feeling the wear and tear of postural habits.
Sports massage is a non-intrusive method used to treat the source of the problem/issue in your body, rather than the symptoms alone.
Mobile massage visits can be arranged, or appointments kept in the Plympton area.
Qualifications: I have a Level 5 Advanced Clinical Sports Therapy Diploma
